How to register and join a class
All Shraddhā Yoga offerings can be joined from anywhere in the world, livestream via Zoom. Some classes are available hybrid, meaning you can choose to join in-person or online. Please pre-register for all classes - both for online or in person classes.
Joining a hybrid class:
Hybrid classes are offered in-person, with an option to join online
Follow the instructions above, but choose between “virtual” and “in-person” registration
If attending in-person, make sure to register in advance as space is limited
Our current covid policy is that masks are optional and we will keep windows open as long as we are able to
Joining a livestream class:
Visit the schedule page five minutes before the start of class
Find the class you’d like to join and click “register”
Log in and purchase a pass if you don’t already have one (all passes are Pay From Your Heart with recommended rates)
A “View Broadcast” link will appear next to the class that you’ve registered for — that is a direct link to join the livestream via zoom
Enjoy your class! Remember to keep your mic muted unless the teacher specifies otherwise
Please note:
If you have trouble logging in, try using a different browser (Chrome and Firefox appear to work better than Safari) or restart your device.
Once registered for an online class, you can join the class at any time. You may pre-register as far in advance as you like.
If you already have class passes (credits) in your Shraddhā account, they will automatically be used when you register. You can check your balance here.
If you register for a class, you will be checked in and a credit will be debited from your account. If you end up not being able to attend, you can simply login and cancel your reservation and the credit will be returned to you.
Recordings of weekly livestream classes are uploaded to our sustainer library so if you miss a class, you can go back and practice at your convenience. For unlimited access to the on-demand library, become a Sustainer.
How to use Zoom
We use the application Zoom to host online classes. To join, you must have Zoom installed on your computer or mobile device.
The first time you use zoom, there will be a simple setup process – so join the first class a few minutes early to take care of that
When you join your mic will automatically be muted — please keep it that way unless the teacher specifies differently and use the chat function if you need to ask a question
We welcome your feedback about these classes – feel free to send us an email any time and let us know what you think.
