  • Āsana (Postures)

Our postural yoga classes invite you into the space where body, mind, and soul touch. Experience your embodied self in movement and in stillness, moving through and being nourished by postures designed to strengthen, release and awaken. Prānāyāma, dharana, dhyāna, mudra and mantra are incorporated into most of the āsana classes.

  • Dhyāna (Meditation)

Our meditation offerings integrate concentration on specific concepts, sensations, and forms with open awareness and awakening to the simple wisdom of your heart.
All with the purpose of deepening awareness, entering into the ocean of consciousness, divine love and the nature of your truest Self.

  • Workshops

These offerings are deep dives into a specific subject or theme. Workshops range from 2 hours to multiple days in length. Some are offered as a unique 6-class series. And some are offered to support those completing their 300-hour YTT, to then register with YA as a 500-hour RYT.

  • Birthing Mama

Prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, workshops, and trainings designed to support you through the childbearing years.

  • Mantra

Sanskrit is a sacred language, and these offerings introduce the transformational power of mantra through chanting and singing.

  • Living Yoga

These classes invite you into an exploration of yoga beyond specific practices or techniques. They invite us to kindle the flame of yoga in all aspects of life, inviting sacredness into the ordinary.

  • Somatic Movement & Dance

These classes offer a container for discovering and expressing your inner beauty through movement in time and space.

“Faithfulness is the deep caring of the heart that remains constant toward what it loves. It is the seat of the values that come from your soul.”
