Private 1:1 or small group sessions are an opportunity to receive specific individualized support and guidance around a personal situation, goal or aspiration.
Address specific concerns and receive focused support for your unique life circumstances or challenges that affect the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual levels of your humanity. Receive support for the aspirations and longing that lives inside of your heart and wants to express itself in all of life.
It may be in support of your personal sādhana (spiritual practice) of postures, movement, breath work, concentration, meditation, chanting, etc), mentorship for you as a yoga teacher, or supporting you to embody the teachings of yoga as a way of life and integrating them into all aspects of daily living.

Supervision & Mentorship For Yoga Teachers
~ Support for your personal daily sādhana
~ Guidance in designing classes, workshops and other programing
~ Navigating the joys and hardships of teaching yoga, including the spiritual and practical/business aspects
~ Staying true to the teachings of yoga. Cultivating integrity and right relationship and clarity of action

Childbearing Years
Yoga and Ayurveda to support you with:
~ Prenatal and postnatal yoga for small groups or 1:1
~ Preparing for labor, birth and postpartum workshop for couples
~ Mother blessing circle
~ Postpartum planning support session (how to honor the sacred window of the first 42 days)
~ Birth story listening and processing session
~ Abhyanga for birther and baby
~ Closing of the bones ceremony for birther
~ Snacks, herbs and meals for postpartum care (recipes and advice for the most nourishing set-up and depending on availability, I will make and deliver to you)
~ Light housework and baby holding while you rest

You will be seen, heard and accepted for who you are and where you are in this moment in time. And you will be supported in moving forward in the direction of your heart’s longing and aspirations.

As with everything at Shraddhā Yoga, we have a recommended rate for each offering. And you are invited to look within and pay from your heart in relation to how you value it and what your financial reality is like. Are you called to offer less or more?
