Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga and Wellness Teacher Training
Our 90- Hour Teacher Training prepares you to:
Teach public prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, 1:1 sessions and specialty workshops (see below for details)
Support a pregnant person safely when they drop in to your public yoga class online or in-studio
Empower yourself as a pregnant person
Inform your one-to-one sessions with your yoga students, doula clients, midwifery clients and those you support as an L&D nurse or childbirth educator
Establish a deep and loving working relationship with pregnant people and their families during pregnancy and invite it to naturally flow into being their postpartum doula

Recommended Rate $889 OR included when you purchase the Sacred Windows Whole Path.
