6-Week Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy Class is based off of the Center for Somatic Grief Yoga Therapy program.

The series is a powerful introduction to the essential components of CSG’s somatic-based approach to grieving, combined with Corinne’s decades long study, practice and teaching of Embodyoga, Bhakti Yoga and Yoga philosophy.

On a global scale, we are experiencing grief of all kinds and many of us are being called to slow down and look within to access our resiliency and inner wisdom. This class series offers an intimate container for emotions and thoughts to be felt, expressed, shared and moved through. It is an invitation to awaken to your Self and all of life more fully by going into and through grief, while holding it all within the sacred container of yoga.

Each 2-hour class session will include:

Guided Meditation

Journaling/Drawing

Mindful Group Sharing

Yoga Asana

Relaxation / Integration

Throughout the 6 weeks, we will explore the following themes:

Creating a Conscious Container to Grieve In

Presence & Body Awareness

Unconditional Love & Acceptance

Grief as a Teacher

Evolution of Identity Through Grief

The Process of Change
