This class invites practitioners into exploring the evolution of inner strength. We will explore traditional yoga postures along with inputs from the martial arts form Kalaripayatu. Kalaripayatu is a martial arts from South India, that often uses animal postures and movements to develop inner strength. Animal flow movements (inspired by Mike Fitch), are incorporated to bring healthy mobility in joints and improve whole body coordination. Pranayama is also incorporated into these classes.

    Bala gained degrees in Mechanical Engineering & Busines Management and had 10 amazing years of corporate life as Import & Supply Chain Manager in various fields like Wind energy, Interior design and organic food products. Now he dedicated his life towards spreading the knowledge of Yoga , health and happy living. He offers Yoga classes in many styles like Hatha , Vinyasa, Ashtanga yoga, as well as 200 and 300 hour teacher training programs. He is a student of Kalaripayatu – a martial arts form from Kerala which he says as a combination of yoga, dance, and meditation
