Experience an awakening vitality, less anxiety and inspiration for the day ahead.

Many are experiencing anxiety & uncertainty and are looking within to find an inner anchor and unite more with Love, Truth and Freedom.

This morning class with Corinne stems from her personal morning sadhana (spiritual practice) that has been a commitment since 2001, and is rooted in the tradition and teachings of Baba Hari Das (where she first studied/practiced yoga and took YTT).

We begin with the four purifications and sometimes additional prānāyāma, move along to japa (utterance/repetition of a mantra, exploring various ones relevant to that week’s focus), and then into a short period of gentle dharana (concentration which may lead to states of dhyana/meditation).

This class is open and appropriate for all - those who are just beginning AND those with years of experience. It is powerful to practice together in community.

If you are seeking spiritual/emotional/energetic nourishment, a deeper connection to your Self, and greater ease and clarity in your life, this class is for you!
