Our nervous system record’s life's experiences and creates patterns of thinking and feeling based on the information received. Unresolved stress and tension becomes stored within the nervous system. It accumulates there, coloring our ongoing experiences and perceptions.
While necessary at first, these patterns of stored tension may outlive their usefulness.
A healthy and resilient nervous system works in harmony with the fluid and cellular body. Together they process and release held patterns of unease that may have become rigid and stuck within.
